This folktale focusses on two single reindeer herder friends. When they find their animals’ anklets broken in the morning, they go in search of the culprit. On their way, one of the friends meets a beautiful woman and falls in love with her. However, the girl belongs to the one-legged people who live underground. So when the other friends attacks her, she loses her limbs one after the other and disappears underground.
