After the recording session, the narrator added one more sentence: ic'a mo: duelini tukäzamie ‘I will run on top of small trees’. This is a standard motif in Udihe folk songs.

Chant starts. The refrain "daŋteni (dantanie)" is rather frequent, see Nikolaeva et al. (2002: 137), Simonov et al. (1998, text 11), Kazama (2004 (A) # 15) and text 9 in our collection ("Silver Bird and Iron Bird" told by Lidija Simanchuk in 2006).
