Pear story (1012)

Narration of the events of an American short film about a pear farmer and some children known as the ‘Pear story’. Here the story is retold in 2022 by Ilya Kurilov (IIK2).

Recording: This session was recorded in the village Chersky, Nizhnekolymsky District of the Sakha Republic (Russian Federation) in 2022 by Maria Jur’evna Pupynina. The transcriptions and glosses were provided by Dejan Matić.

    They saw him and raised him up, erm, helped him, and collected the berries, all of them.
