“After my brothers arrive,” she said, “drive the herd home. In your herd there is a reindeer, you have not yet seen it with your own eyes. Drive the herd home when my brothers arrive. You will see this reindeer with your eyes. Its horns are so small, as big as a forest. Such a reindeer. You feed it to them as food, for a feast. You will have a reindeer to skin.” He kissed her. As it was said, so it will be. “To catch that reindeer,” she said, “on the woman’s sled there is a lasso, the lasso ring is made of iron. You will take the iron lasso, start to throw it, and my brothers will help to tie it up. They will skin it on the boards of the house.”
