Fine. He waited, he sat there, he went out and came back in. All of a sudden he heard something. From outside one could hear a man coming on skis. A young man entered the house. His belt was hung with animals, he had killed so many. “Oh, grandfather,” he said. “You’ve come, greetings!” “Greetings.” They greeted each other, had something to eat and the hunter skinned his animals and hung up their skins. They ate and drank. He lay down. The old man pretended to sleep. He thought: “He killed animals all day long, he was hunting, he has fallen asleep and is snoring.” The old man thought: “If I were to kill this young hunter, these animal skins would remain for me. I would take them home to my wife. I will bring so many skins, my wife will have good words for me.”
