A singing tale performed by a Khanty speaker. A man with a herd of a thousand (reindeer) decides to travel to the land of the Tungus people to bring a wife for his servant. On his way back home, he realises that in addition to a Tungus wife, he is bringing violent Tungus men with him. A terrible fate awaits him and his servant.
